Company History

Founded in 1982 by Thomas C. Spires, Jr. and W. Douglas Fields, CRS Roofing started as a small business focused on repairs. Over the years, we have evolved to become a full-service roofing contractor, installing and repairing all currently marketed roofing membranes. Today, we service and install replacement roofing systems on some of the highest high-rise buildings in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Metropolitan areas.
