Services include flat roof repairs, shingle replacement, and emergency leak prevention for residential and commercial properties.
Roof Inspections
Comprehensive roof inspections identify potential problems before they escalate. Our experts examine flashing, underlayment, and drainage systems to ensure weather resistance. We provide detailed reports with repair recommendations and maintenance schedules. Regular inspections help maintain manufacturer warranties and improve energy efficiency through proper attic ventilation.

We install premium asphalt shingle roofs in various colors and styles for residential properties. Our GAF-certified team ensures proper ventilation and waterproofing during installation. We offer lifetime warranty options and energy-efficient cool roofing materials. Shingle replacement services include proper disposal of old materials and matching existing roof aesthetics.
Metal Roofing
Durable metal roofing solutions withstand hurricane-force winds and coastal corrosion. We install standing seam panels and shingle-style metal roofs with multiple color options. Our systems include proper underlayment and flashing details for leak prevention. Metal roofs provide energy savings through solar reflectance while requiring minimal maintenance.
