Our journey began in 1993 when our founder, Malcolm L. Nunn, Jr., decided to start a company that would cater to the roofing needs of the Mid-Atlantic region. Starting from a small office in Richmond, Virginia, we have grown over the years, expanding our services to cater to a wider range of clients. Today, we have three offices - in Richmond, Clarksville, and Norfolk - and employ over 150 experienced technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff.

• Joey Blanks, Executive Vice President: Joey has extensive computer and technological expertise and oversees our Pre-Construction services and Total Quality Management Program.
• Shawn Nunn, Vice President of Operations: With over 20 years of experience, Shawn manages all of our projects from start to finish, supervising over 100 employees.
• Charles "Randy" Fralin, Vice President of Sales: Randy focuses on the Roof Asset Management program and has over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Al Gore, Safety Manager: Al is a licensed Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and OSHA 30-Hour certified.
