Services
Roofing Repair
Our roofing repair service addresses shingle damage, leaks, and structural issues using premium materials like GAF shingles. With 200 mph wind-rated installations and expert inspections, we restore roof integrity while extending lifespan. Customers benefit from durable solutions that protect against Michigan's weather extremes.
Gutter Installation
We install seamless aluminum gutters with 30+ year durability and Micro Mesh Guards to prevent clogs. Our systems feature stainless steel fastening for stability and 20+ color options for aesthetic matching. Homeowners gain efficient water management that protects foundations and landscaping across Western Michigan's climate conditions.
Metal Roofing
Our metal roofing solutions offer 40-70 year longevity with superior weather resistance. These energy-efficient systems reflect heat, reduce cooling costs, and include lifetime warranties. Homeowners receive durable, low-maintenance protection ideal for Michigan's snow loads and temperature fluctuations, installed by factory-trained professionals.
Gutter Cleaning
Professional gutter cleaning removes debris buildup to prevent water damage and ice dams. We recommend bi-annual service post-fall and mid-summer pollen seasons. This maintenance ensures proper drainage, protects roofing systems, and maintains property value through consistent functionality across Michigan's seasonal changes.
Gutter Guards
Micro Mesh Gutter Guards prevent debris accumulation with stainless steel screening over aluminum bases. This system eliminates clogs, reduces maintenance needs, and prevents pest infestations. Homeowners receive permanent protection that maintains gutter functionality while preserving roof warranties through proper water management.

Questions
What factors affect the cost of a new roof?
Costs range from $7,000 nationally, influenced by roof size, material selection (asphalt, metal), and project complexity. GAF shingle installations with premium warranties typically represent mid-to-high range pricing.
How long does a professionally installed roof last?
Metal roofs last 40-70 years while asphalt shingle systems with GAF materials last 20-30 years. Proper installation and regular inspections significantly extend roof lifespan in Michigan's climate.
What are signs I need roof repairs?
Visible shingle cracks, interior water stains, granule loss, and increased energy bills indicate potential roof issues. Professional inspections are recommended after severe weather events or when preparing to sell a home.
Do gutter guards eliminate cleaning requirements?
Micro Mesh Gutter Guards significantly reduce debris accumulation but don't eliminate all maintenance. We recommend bi-annual inspections to ensure optimal performance, especially after heavy pollen seasons or autumn leaf fall.
What areas do you service?
We cover Western and Northern Michigan from Grand Rapids to Ludington, Traverse City to Baldwin, including Manistee, Pentwater, Hart, and surrounding communities for all exterior installation needs.
What warranties are included with your services?
GAF roofing systems include Lifetime Limited warranties with 50-year coverage on shingles and 25-year algae resistance. Micro Mesh Gutter Guards carry manufacturer warranties against clogging and material defects.
