We have a strong leadership team, including Steve Hale as President, John Hale as Vice President of Estimating, and Ron McCracken, our Vice President and Secretary. Our office is also supported by a dedicated team of trained professionals, including Colin Fortier, our Controller, Danielle Weaver, our Office Manager, Jen Phillips, our Assistant Office Manager, and Dan O'Herron, our Field Safety Coordinator.

On the field side, we're led by foremen Erick Schonher, Matt Leonard, Anthony Capuano, Larry Speicher, Tom Moffett, Jake Seeley, and TJ Lehman, each bringing extensive experience and expertise to their teams. Our sheet metal fabrication is expertly overseen by Scott Ludwig, our Sheet Metal Field Superintendent, and Craig Seymour operates our crane with precision and safety.
