K & S Contractors, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Powder Springs, GA, with its owners proudly born and raised in Fyffe, AL. Family is what drives our team! Kelli & Steve Jernigan started K & S Contractors, Inc. in 1994, building houses for a major developer in the Atlanta area, while raising three children. As General Contractors, their experience has accumulated through the use of various trades over the years. When obstacles, outside a roofer's general knowledge arise, they don't lose time! Kelli Jernigan, owner and CFO oversees every aspect of the behind the scenes grind of owning a construction company. Her eye is always on quality and honesty.
