Services
Roof Coatings
Our premium roof coatings use advanced elastomeric technology to protect against UV damage and water intrusion. Certified applicators follow manufacturer specifications for optimal adhesion and longevity. The 12-step process includes surface preparation, primer application, and multiple coating layers for maximum protection against Tucson's extreme climate.
Roof Repairs
We specialize in targeted repairs for all roof types including shingle, tile, and flat roofs. Services include fixing leaks, replacing damaged materials, and repairing flashing. Emergency services address active leaks while preventive maintenance extends roof lifespan through timely interventions.
Roof Replacements
Full roof replacements use premium materials like architectural shingles and 30-year underlayment. Process includes complete tear-off, decking inspection, and proper ventilation installation. Commercial and residential projects receive synthetic underlayment and energy-efficient options with solar reflective properties.
Skylight Repairs
We repair and replace skylights on shingle and flat roofs using high-quality acrylic domes. Services include sealing leaks, replacing damaged frames, and installing new units with proper flashing. Emergency repairs stop active leaks while permanent solutions prevent future water intrusion.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Our cleaning system uses deionized water and soft brushes to remove desert dust without damaging panels. The process improves energy efficiency by restoring optimal sunlight absorption. Technicians inspect roof conditions during cleaning to identify potential maintenance issues.
