Led by our managing member and owner, Charles Partin, we have cultivated a company culture built on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to quality.

Charles Partin, a Louisiana State-licensed contractor, has over fifteen years of experience in the roofing industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to utilizing the best practices and materials available. Charles's dedication to professional development is evident in his certification as an Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Constructors, which further enhances our team's expertise.

Supporting Charles is Miguel Plascencia, our lead estimator and project manager, who brings over five years of experience in commercial roofing. His strong analytical skills and commitment to efficient project management ensure that every project stays on schedule and within budget. Miguel's bilingualism allows us to better serve a diverse clientele and build strong relationships with our clients.

The smooth operation of our company is greatly aided by Marti Louviere, our office manager. Marti, with nearly a decade of accounting experience, brings a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping all the moving parts of our business functioning seamlessly.
