Our company was founded in 1954 by Vernon Newell and Jack Seitsinger, and since then, we have been dedicated to providing high-quality roofing and waterproofing systems to our clients. Our History

We began our journey in 1954, and since then, we have been involved in various projects and trades, including the construction of toll booths for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and the manufacturing of high-pressure spiral pipe. We have also worked on a range of projects across the United States and internationally, including the design and installation of acoustical grid ceiling systems. We have come a long way, and our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has remained unwavering.
