Roofing
We provide comprehensive asphalt shingle and metal roofing solutions tailored to Maine's climate challenges. Our installations feature CertainTeed architectural shingles with lifetime warranties and Everlast metal roofing systems engineered for coastal durability. Each project includes ice and water shield underlayment, proper ventilation integration, and certified workmanship guaranteed for 25 years. Our team handles complete replacements and repairs with minimal disruption, typically completing residential projects within two days using high-quality materials that resist wind speeds up to 130 mph.
Vinyl Siding
Our premium vinyl siding solutions combine aesthetics with practical benefits for Maine homeowners. We offer CertainTeed Monogram and Cedar Impressions products in various styles including clapboard and shingle designs. The installation includes energy-saving house wrap, custom trim coverage, and lifetime non-prorated warranties. Our process transforms exteriors while improving insulation values up to 30%, eliminating painting requirements and withstanding coastal weather conditions through rigidform 135 technology rated for 135 mph wind resistance.
Replacement Windows
We install energy-efficient vinyl replacement windows manufactured locally in Portland, ME. Our Paradigm and Alside products feature fusion-welded frames, dual-pane low-E glass with argon gas, and custom-fit measurements for maximum thermal efficiency. These windows reduce energy costs by 30-40% while eliminating drafts and outside noise. Each installation includes exterior trim coverage with lifetime warranties covering both materials and professional installation. Our process ensures minimal disruption, typically completing projects within one to two days.
Seamless Gutters
We fabricate and install custom aluminum seamless gutters on-site using 0.32-gauge material for superior strength. Our system features 12-inch hanger spacing, integrated leaf protection options, and silicone-sealed connections to withstand heavy snow loads. Optional Gutter Tunnel dual-filtration systems eliminate cleaning requirements while maintaining water flow efficiency. The installation includes precise slope calibration and downspout positioning to direct water away from foundations, with lifetime coverage for both product and professional installation.
Roof Maintenance
Our seasonal maintenance programs address Maine's unique weather challenges through roof snow removal, ice dam prevention, and algae-resistant cleaning services. Professional crews use calcium chloride treatments and low-pressure cleaning systems to maintain shingle integrity while removing lichen growth. Emergency repair services handle storm damage with rapid response times, including temporary weatherproofing and insurance claim documentation. Annual inspection programs with ventilation assessments help prevent premature roof failure while maintaining warranty requirements.
