Commercial Roofing
Spray-Tec provides comprehensive commercial roofing solutions including repairs, restoration, replacement, and new construction. Our spray-applied systems offer durable, energy-efficient options for all roof types. With 35 years of experience, we deliver customized solutions that extend roof lifespan while minimizing operational disruption. Our systems include 10-20 year renewable warranties and qualify for Cool Roof Status through energy-efficient properties.
Spray Foam Insulation
Our spray foam insulation services enhance energy efficiency for commercial and industrial buildings across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. We install open-cell and closed-cell foam systems tailored to specific needs, including air sealing, duct encapsulation, and tank insulation. These solutions reduce energy costs while providing superior thermal performance. Applications range from agricultural structures to industrial facilities, with specialized systems for temperature-controlled environments like freezers and distilleries.
Specialty Coatings
Spray-Tec's industrial coating systems protect and enhance concrete and metal surfaces in commercial environments. Our epoxy, urethane, and polyurea coatings provide durable, chemical-resistant finishes for floors, decks, and storage tanks. These solutions improve safety with slip-resistant surfaces while offering aesthetic customization through color blends and decorative flakes. Applications include warehouses, laboratories, and food service facilities requiring sanitary, easy-to-maintain surfaces.
Roof Repairs & Maintenance
Our repair division addresses commercial roof leaks and maintenance needs with permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes. Technicians identify root causes of issues through comprehensive inspections and implement lasting repairs. Services include emergency leak response, gutter repairs, and preventive maintenance programs. We service all commercial roof types while minimizing building disruption during repairs.
Concrete Stabilization
Spray-Tec offers concrete lifting and stabilization solutions using advanced injection techniques. Our polyurethane systems restore uneven surfaces in commercial parking areas, warehouse floors, and outdoor walkways. This minimally invasive process raises settled concrete slabs to proper grade without extensive demolition. The solution provides long-term stability while being cost-effective compared to full replacement.
