Preferred, LLC offers a range of services, including:

• Roofing Services: We specialize in advanced technologies and roofing systems, meeting all industrial insurance requirements, including UL Class A fire codes and FM Class I stipulations. Our services include annual inspections, roof surveys, and proposals, as well as daily communication with our clients.
• Painting Services: We offer commercial painting, tank painting, overhead cleaning, and machine cleaning and painting services.
• Flooring Services: Our flooring services include epoxy floor coating, concrete polishing, and sanitizing.
