Oates Industries is a full-service, woman-owned contractor serving the construction needs of industrial manufacturers in the Gulf Coast. We service more than 90 industrial facilities and have Master Agreements with most of them. As a multi-disciplined contractor, we provide construction, procurement, and project management for capital improvement projects, maintenance, and turnaround activities. We perform the majority of our construction services with in-house crews, allowing us to mobilize quickly to meet challenging schedule requirements and better control cost.

Our services are focused on our core competencies of civil, structural, piping, mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical. From foundations to electrical systems, roofing, and piping fabrication, Oates internally performs its own construction. This enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, including civil sitework, foundations, structural fabrication, mechanical piping fabrication, instrumentation, and electrical construction. Our capabilities also extend to welding, using both carbon steel and stainless steel alloys.
