Guymar Construction

Guy and Mary Muoio founded Guymar Construction Company in 1975 in Livingston, New Jersey. From humble beginnings in the basement of their home, they began providing construction services on roofs, windows, gutters, and siding. Guy, a "born salesman" and tireless worker, grew the business to a leadership position among New Jersey roofing contractors. As the business expanded, Guymar left the basement behind and moved to 99 Dorsa Avenue, Livingston. Guy believed in providing the highest quality construction services, incorporating new roofing technologies that lasted longer. This commitment to excellence earned Guymar multiple awards, including the Carlisle SynTec Systems "Perfect 10" award, the National Association for Roofing Industry's (NARI) "Contractor of the Year, " and the "Spirit of Education" award. Guy also led the nonprofit organization as NARI President. In 1995, Bill Muoio became President of Guymar, and his father became CEO. Today, Guymar provides customers with quality workmanship that comes with over 45 years of experience.
