Founded by Max R. Cotterman in 1978, Cotterman and Company, Inc. has grown to employ over 100 qualified and dedicated employees, with offices in Dayton, Minster, and Columbus, Ohio. We have received numerous awards, including Elevate Master Contractor, Sika Sarnafil Elite Contractor, Duro-Last Elite Master Contractor, and Carlisle Applicator Hall of Fame. Additionally, we are the largest Duro-Last Applicator in the state of Ohio.
