Services
Metal Roofs
Metal roof systems offer durable, long-lasting solutions with modern aesthetics. We install steel shingles, standing seam panels, and exposed fastener panels tailored to homeowner preferences. These roofs resist weather damage, reduce energy costs, and require minimal maintenance, making them ideal for residential properties seeking longevity and visual appeal.
Shingle Roofs
Asphalt shingle installations provide versatile, cost-effective roofing options. We use premium brands like CertainTeed and Owens Corning, offering multiple colors and profiles. Our systems include reinforced flashings and ice guards for superior weatherproofing, ensuring reliable protection and enhanced curb appeal for traditional homes.
Roof Coatings
Roof coatings extend the lifespan of existing roofs while improving energy efficiency. We apply acrylic, asphalt-based, or solvent-based coatings tailored to roof type and climate. These solutions seal leaks, reflect heat, and resist UV damage, providing cost-effective protection for flat or sloped roofs.
Flat Roof Systems
Flat roof installations use EPDM, TPO, or PVC membranes for durable, leak-resistant coverage. We employ commercial-grade techniques to ensure proper drainage and seam integrity. These systems offer energy savings, chemical resistance, and longevity, ideal for residential and commercial properties with low-slope roofs.
Maintenance & Repair
Our maintenance services include leak repairs, ventilation assessments, algae removal, and gutter cleaning. We diagnose recurring issues stemming from improper installation and provide permanent fixes. Regular upkeep prolongs roof life, prevents costly damage, and maintains warranty compliance through professional inspections and timely interventions.
