Disappointing Experiences
Several customers have had negative experiences with 1st American Roofing. Jk K. regretted using the company for a new roof installation in 2018, citing unethical business practices. They attempted to double-bill the customer's insurance company, claiming that the work was covered in the signed contract, despite clear evidence that the items were already covered. The company's attitude was unsatisfactory, with the representative telling the customer to "butt out" and not intervene in the matter.

The company left the gate open after using the outlet, which posed a risk to the customer's dog.
