Services
Tile Re-Roofing
Our tile re-roofing service removes existing tile and underlayment, replacing them with premium materials to enhance durability and appearance. We carefully reset original tiles where possible, maintaining architectural integrity while extending roof lifespan. This process addresses weather damage and improves energy efficiency through modern underlayment systems.
Underlayment Replacement
This cost-effective solution replaces aged underlayment while reusing existing tiles, maintaining original aesthetics. We install new waterproofing membranes and flashings to create a watertight system that extends roof life by 15-20 years. The process preserves HOA-approved designs while addressing hidden structural vulnerabilities.
Flat Re-Roofing
Specialized flat roofing systems combine spray foam insulation with protective coatings to improve energy efficiency. We install BUR, TPO, and modified bitumen systems tailored to commercial properties, ensuring proper drainage and resistance to Arizona's extreme weather conditions while meeting building code requirements.
Metal Re-Roofing
Custom-fabricated metal roofing systems offer 60+ year durability with modern aesthetics. We install standing seam and panel systems in multiple color options, integrating thermal breaks to reduce heat transfer while maintaining architectural compatibility with residential and commercial structures.
SPF Foam & Coating
Spray polyurethane foam applications with acrylic coatings create seamless waterproof membranes. This energy-efficient solution adds R-value to existing roofs, extending service life by sealing leaks and preventing UV degradation through reflective protective layers.
