We started as a small company but have since grown into a firm capable of handling any size roofing project. Expertise

Over the years, GRI has installed roofs ranging from small residential repairs to large-scale commercial projects. One of our notable projects includes the complete installation of a 130,000 square foot metal and membrane roofing project at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Arlington, VA. We have also earned the status of Carlisle "Centurion" for having installed 100 "Perfect 10" roofs that were inspected and warranted by Carlisle SynTec Systems.

Capabilities

Georgetown Roofing, Inc. performs all roofing projects in-house. While we specialize in single-ply re-roofing projects, we also have the expertise and a large array of vehicles and equipment to professionally install a variety of roofing systems. Our equipment includes all-terrain Pettibone Forklifts, skidsteer loaders, pumper asphalt kettles, hot rubberized asphalt roofing kettles, Gusmer spray equipment for urethane roof adhesives and fleeceback roof membranes, hot air welding equipment for PVC & TPO systems, stake body type dump trucks, service trucks and vans, and a number of perimeter safety systems to comply with OSHA standards.

Additionally, our sheet metal fabrication subsidiary, Precision Architectural Metals, has state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication equipment which allows us to provide a cost-effective, patented perimeter protection system and superior quality metal flashings and trim.
