Welcome to Alumni Roofing Company Inc., a full service commercial roofing contractor providing commercial and industrial roofing solutions. Located in Lexington, Ohio, we provide service to much of north central Ohio, including the greater metropolitan areas of Columbus, Cleveland, and Akron. Our company was established in 1998 by Tim & Toby Banks and has since been family-owned and operated. Over the years, we have built a reputation for high-quality workmanship and generosity throughout the community. Today, under the ownership of Todd and Kristine Lindeman, we continue to grow while maintaining our commitment to our core values of work ethics, honesty, responsiveness, reliability, and commitment.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

At Alumni Roofing, we believe that proactive maintenance is key to extending the life of your roof. Our Preventative Maintenance Programs are designed to budget and prepare for anticipated roof expenses down the road. Each program includes a customized 13-Point Summary with detailed photos and a plan of action, ensuring you are always informed and prepared.

Roof Health Assessment and Storm Damage Assessment

When unexpected leaks or storm damage occur, we are here to help. Our team quickly responds to address emergency situations by providing a roof leak investigation, followed by options and costs. We also offer a Roof Health Assessment to evaluate the overall condition of your roof and provide recommendations for repairs or replacement.

Roof Repair and Replacement

While we specialize in replacing roofs, we also understand that not every issue requires a full replacement. Our team is skilled in making repairs, replacing sections of a roof, or applying a coating to extend the life of your current roof.

Metal Fabrication and Thermal Imaging

In addition to our roofing services, we also offer metal fabrication for custom roofing solutions and thermal imaging to detect potential issues before they become major problems.
