A Letter From Our Founder

Mid State Roofing was founded in 1994 with a small loan, the encouragement of my wife, and the blessings of God. Since then, it has grown from a one-man operation to a multi-state service and install provider, thanks to the dedication and hard work of its people and clients.

At Mid State Roofing, we pride ourselves on understanding the unique needs and expectations of each client and employee. We believe that this commitment to our people and clients is the key to our long-term success and growth.

We are proud of the company we have built, which includes:

• Installing large square footage commercial/industrial roofing systems in eight states.
• Operating five full-time service crews daily.
• Providing true 24-hour service on demand, staffed seven days a week by an on-call foreman.
• Being trained and certified in moisture scan detection using the TRAMEX impedance system and FLIR technology.
• Having virtually zero turnover, with the majority of staff employed for over 10 years and some over 20.
• Issuing interest-free loans to our people.
• Providing over 80% of healthcare cost to each staff member.
• Tailoring our service efforts and waterproofing systems to each client's budget and needs.
• Continually educating our people on the importance of "proper-solution-prescription".
