Customer Service Issues
The reviews highlight significant issues with the customer service provided by Stoneway. Two reviewers, Brandy R. and Char P., had extremely negative experiences with the staff, citing incompetence, rudeness, and a general lack of concern for customers.
Order Fulfillment Problems
Specifically, Brandy R.'s order was not fulfilled correctly, with half of the items missing, and the delivery process was subpar. Char P.'s experience was also marred by the driver's slow and careless handling of materials.
Positive Experience with a Specific Employee
