Roof Repair

Report

We provide professional roof repair for roofs that still have serviceable life, addressing issues such as cracked tiles, lifted shingles, damaged flashing, and failing underlayment. Our team identifies where water enters rather than relying on visible ceiling stains. Repairs may include replacing damaged materials or resealing penetrations, with timing explained clearly before work begins.

Roof Inspection

Report

We provide thorough roof inspections to identify developing issues before heat, weather, or moisture leads to costly repairs. Our inspection covers roofing materials, flashing, penetrations, vents, stability, past repairs, and signs of moisture intrusion. We assess the roof’s condition before repairs, replacement, or solar installation, providing clear information to support informed decisions.

Roof Leak Repair

Report

We repair roof leaks by identifying the actual entry point rather than simply patching visible interior damage. Our inspection includes flashing, underlayment, penetrations, and surrounding materials to determine what failed. Repairs may address damaged flashing, sealed penetrations, underlayment, or previous repair work. We explain our findings and the required repair before proceeding.

Commercial Roofing

Report

We provide commercial roofing services that include repairs, maintenance, and complete replacements for offices, warehouses, retail buildings, and other commercial properties. Our work addresses common concerns such as leaks, drainage problems, worn membranes, and failing flashing. We begin with an inspection to determine the appropriate solution and coordinate projects to minimize disruption to daily business operations.

Solar Installation

Report

We provide solar installation with careful attention to the condition of the roof before work begins. Our service includes layout planning, mounting, wiring, inverter setup, and electrical integration. We place panels for effective performance, properly seal and flash roof penetrations, and coordinate required permits and inspections to ensure the installation is completed correctly.
