Our Residential Roofing division specializes in a wide range of services, from minor repairs to complete roof installations with tear-offs. Our team is experienced in working with various roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, slate shingles, clay tile shingles, wood shake shingles, and flat roofs. We also offer a comprehensive range of services for repairs or installations, including gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, ice backup repairs, mold and stain removal, skylights, chimney and masonry repairs, and tuck pointing and rebuilding.
Commercial Roofing Services
Our Commercial Roofing division has been providing new installations, roof replacements, leak repairs, and roof maintenance services for almost 100 years. Our team has the knowledge and skills to ensure the integrity of your commercial roof, and we work with a variety of roofing materials, including TPO, modified bitumen, EPDM, and rubber, built-up roofing, metal, and other specialty roofing systems. Our services include gutters, downspouts, mold and stain removal, curb installation, masonry, skylights, sheet metal fabrication, and more.

Appointments and Scheduling Issues
Several reviewers reported issues with appointments and scheduling. Chris from Reader Roofing failed to show up for an appointment, and when the reviewer called for an update, there was no answer. Another reviewer, The Cosmos, had a similar experience where the agent failed to show up and the phone receptionist seemed unhelpful.
Unreliability and Unprofessionalism
Some reviewers felt that Reader Roofing was unreliable and unprofessional. Marcel Raum reported that they never showed up and never returned his phone call. Dionne De Freeze had a poor experience with Mr. Krestyan, who seemed more interested in selling her a new roof than addressing her specific concerns.
