Our company has been a member of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association for over 20 years and is also a member of the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida and Chamber South. Our Team
Our team is led by Karen Rodman, President and founder's daughter, who has over 32 years of experience in the roofing industry. Karen is a certified roofer, a State of Florida Notary Public, and has been involved in all aspects of the company. She is responsible for preparing bids, ordering materials, requesting inspections, and overseeing the work in progress. Karen is a native of Miami and enjoys fishing and salsa dancing.
Our team also includes Brandi Ward, Vice President and Karen's daughter, who has a paralegal degree from the University of Miami. Brandi is our human resource administrator and handles permit processing, customer service, and payroll processing. She is a great asset to our company and is known for her professionalism.
