Duane Frankson reported that after hiring the company to refurbish his roof, the company failed to repair a low spot where water was pooling. Despite multiple assurances that someone would come to fix the issue, no one ever showed up. As a result, Frankson had to pay an additional $2000 to re-do the work and another $2000 to repair the interior damage caused by the water leaks. He warns others to avoid Manhattan Roofing and to look for a real business with a valid warranty.
