The crew left materials on the grass, damaged the customer's lawn, and failed to install a piece of siding. The insurance paid for the issue, but the company did not replace the outside faucet and kept the money. The customer also had difficulty contacting the company to resolve issues with putting in screens. Fortunately, the window installer did follow up with the customer and is working to resolve the issue.
