Meet the Team

Austin Miller has been with Earl Miller Construction since 2004, helping manage the business since 2014 and recently becoming the owner in December of 2021. Austin is dedicated to providing each customer with quality work and great customer service. He is a member of the Home Builders Association and has served as a board member, in addition to being named "Builder of the Year" by his colleagues in 2017. Austin has an Associates Degree in Building Construction from Northeast Community College - Norfolk, NE (2009).

Steve Kay has worked for Earl Miller Construction, Inc. since 1993. Steve's favorite part of working for Earl Miller Construction is the variety of jobs and the different people he works with. According to Steve, "Before, I worked in maintenance, doing the same job, in the same building, and with the same people. Now, I might build a garage, put up drywall, or do concrete work. It's pretty hard to get bored."
