I had a very good experience with the Roof Doctor. Manuel was very knowledgeable and provided exactly what we agreed upon (roof cleaning main roof with wire brush, new shingles on patio roof, skylights, new ridge cap, aluminum railings). He was easy to work with and went the extra mile...the house looks great and the 15 yr old leak was fixed.

We had a great experience with Roof Doctor and Keith, who explained the product and process. He kept us informed throughout the project. All the work was done well and to schedule. We highly recommend their service if you want your roof to be replaced to a high standard.

Outstanding work and incredible attention to detail. Also, the work was done very efficiently so they were able to finish in record time. A shout out to both Keith and Chris...they were both fantastic. I highly recommend getting your roof done by them without reservation.

We had the Roof Doctor replace our roof with asphalt shingles. They were not the low bid, but they gave us the most confidence of the 3 we got. They tore off the old roof, replaced any damaged OSB with new plywood, put on new vapor sheeting, replaced flashing & ridge vents, installed edge flashing (which was not required when the house was built), replaced 2 skylights, installed a solar tube and installed beautiful new shingles. Except for the solar tube, the complete job was done in about 8-1/2 hours. The next day, the solar tube was installed in about 1-1/2 hours. From the first meeting to the final meeting with Chris & Keith, we had professional & personable interactions with the company. The roof looks beautiful, and the workmen cleaned the work area, including running the magnetic "nail catcher" numerous times. It looks like they were never here, except we have a new roof. We are quite satisfied, and would recommend them highly,

I must acknowledge the Roof Doctor for the excellent job they did adding Siding to my house and replacing the Roof on my shed. I must also convey a special thanks to Tara who was profoundly professional, impressively informative and uniquely understanding and willing to work within my budget. Kelly was also professional and respectful. Tara nor Kelly ever pressured me by attempting to sell me something I did not need. Tara was always honest, and she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The respect, kindness, professionalism and understanding that Tara rendered was impressively unwavering!

The excellent high quality work that Steve, Jerry, Charles, Carlos and the other individuals who were assigned did was impeccably impressive! The crew always arrived on time. They treated me with the utmost respect. They never left trash or debris on my property at the end of the day. I have been a homeowner for 38 years and I have never hired anyone who has impressed me the way the Roof Doctor employees impressed me. They truly exceeded all of my expectations. Big shout-out to Keith Brent and the talented team at Roof Doctor. They just put a 40-year roof and new gutters on this 90-year old bungalow. Its awesome!

Old homes are complicated. They require one-off attention to detail in ways that most newer homes dont. I had a hard time finding any other roofing firm willing (able?) to even bid on this replacement.

Keith was undaunted and seemed to really enjoy the uniqueness of the project. He helped me think through the known unknowns Id be facing and the options I had for each of those before I made any decisions. I felt as informed as I could be going into this, given the givens. Talk to him about the difference between 30-year and 40-year shingles! Minor increase in cost for significantly better product and terms. Stuff like that to help make this not just a huge investment, but a really good one. Hes got an eye for design details, too, if youre looking to bounce ideas as you explore your roofing and gutter options.

The teams they assembled on site were great - top quality professionals in every aspect, including having them onsite. Which wasnt long. One full day and a few guys here another half day. Gutters a few days later. It took less than half a day for them to be made onsite and installed. It was convenient having Roof Doctor handle the gutter subcontractor - it was seamless, one point of contact. Roof Doctor handled everything.

I appreciated the chance to get in to parts of this old house that havent been accessible in decades. The guys running the project gave me a little time to take a look and tended to a couple of quick repairs along the way. Really appreciated the opportunity for that. This roof will get her to 130 years old, at least.

No sugar-coating it - this was a big expense for me. And it was a really good investment. Im totally satisfied.

The gentleman that put on the roof and took off the old one we're totally professional helped us in every way answered every question and resolved anything that did come up I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

After going over several options and picking the best one for me, Tara put me on the schedule. When the roofers came out to do the job, I found them highly professional both in the way they explained the process with me and the way they carried out their work. The best part was, they were done in one day! This company is top notch and I cant recommend them highly enough!

The Roof Doctor has cleaned my roof and gutters many times. They always do an excellent job. They haul away debris and leave the job site clean. I know that I can depend on them to do everything right. I highly recommend them.

They were great. They got my new roof on in one day and my gutters on the next day. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My roof and gutters look great. Now I can hardly wait to paint my house to complete my goals this year. Very reasonable on prices. Would highly recommend them.

Ultimately the reason we went with the Roof Doctor was Keith. Keith came out and spent a good amount of time assessing the roof and giving us his expert opinion on what all needed to be done. Keith was extremely communicative throughout the whole project and easy to reach with questions. We are so happy with the end result!

Keith Brent gave us a great bid on replacing our old shingle roof. He got us scheduled quickly and showed up with 2 crews on installation day. Within 6 hours our old roof was gone, our roof sheathing and facia were repaired and the complete job, including cleanup was completed. We are completely satisfied with the entire process and we would recommend the Roof Doctor to everyone!

The Roof Doctor is excellent. They were quick, provided excellent explanations, and produced a great looking roof. I appreciate all the time they took to explain things to me and showed me pictures and product samples. When the job started, a large group arrived and got our roof replaced in 1.5 days. It was amazing. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Office staff is super helpful and the warehouse manager has been there over 15 years. The sales staff has been there longer and they know what they are talking about.

I know they are starting to install solar roofing so I'll be back to get that product for my current residence.

We recently hired The Roof Doctor to do a roof placement in Lacey, WA. The inspection was very thorough and the issues were outlined in the estimate. The labor, carpentry and material needed/outlined was also spot on. The crew and site manager was very professional. Start to finish, the job was done in about 9 hours (house and garage at around 1800 sq. ft.). They did a great job with clean up. We couldn't even tell they were here. Highly recommend. The job was top tier. Even the flashing was beautiful. Would do business with them again!

Chris and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. The made a small repair that was needed, worked through not one, but two downpours with a smile, were polite, professional and went out of their way to make sure their was no debris in the yard that my dogs could get hurt on. They even managed to get me in almost 2 weeks early!!! I cannot say enough about these guys and their work was stellar. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent job on the roof. Completed the entire job in 2 days, replaced worn panels, new gutters, assessed and repaired problem areas, trimmed eaves. The work was well done with quality material and the site was clean when I arrived home. The company ensured that the entire area had no debris left behind. After the work was done a representative contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.
