I would give 6 stars if I could for the service from Roof Express. I contacted them when the insurance company claimed there was an issue with my roof. Habibi came out the same day I called, assessed the roof situation, determined it was in good condition and just needed regular maintenance. So, he proposed to prepare an inspection report for a very reasonable price. The report was comprehensive and detailed with amazingly clear photos. Most importantly, it worked! The insurance company is happy and so am I. Habibi was responsive, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He definitely has earned a repeat customer. I will not hesitate to call Roof Express for my roofing needs in the future.

They went above and beyond to meet my schedule. They brought in a big team to take on this task. It took them 2 days and 1 hour to complete entire job from removing the old roof, dump the materials, installing the new roof and replaced 3 custom skylights. The finish product was done professionally and looks great!!! They also scheduled for an inspection 2 days later. Roof Express got it down to a science. A+++ Service!!!

We had a pleasure of working with Roof Express and Nav to repair our rotting and poorly built chimneys, skylight framing etc and minor roof maintenance.

I reached out to Roof Express to do a roof inspection for our small HOA complex to see if there were any repairs we should do. They were quick to call back and came by to look at the roof. They noted issues which aligned with what we had known from other contractors. Their quote was reasonable and we went with them because they were pragmatic and didn't suggest us the most expensive options. Nav was also responsive and explained the issues to me clearly.

It took a while for the work to get started due to rain but when they did, they quickly finished everything within a day with a big crew and was not disruptive at all. Nav was patient with us through the process as we had operate with HOA red tape and I didn't have to chase him for responses at all.

I recently hired Roof Express for a roofing project, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and quality work. Their team was prompt, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented from the initial consultation to the final cleanup. They provided a transparent and fair estimate, explained the entire process, and completed the job efficiently without cutting corners. The crew was courteous and hardworking and ensured the site was spotless when finished. The new roof looks fantastic. Roof Express is the way to go if you need a reliable and trustworthy roofer. I highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again.

The best roofing experience I ever had. Mr Habibi was so caring and made several visits after the job was finished.

I worked with Habibi to get my flat roof replaced due to persistent leaking with all of SF's recent atmospheric rivers. Habibi walked through my house and after some discussion we agreed that a new roof would make the most sense. Roof Express had the most competitive pricing compared to a few other places we researched. The whole roof replacement took one day!! Better yet, Habibi made it a point to finish before more rain that was forecasted. The communication from his team and cleanup could have been a bit better (I found some nails and roofing material in my yard and driveway) but overall Habibi was great to work with. There was also a small issue after the roof was replaced that Habibi addressed in a timely manner. He really stands by his word and his product/service. I would highly recommend Roof Express!

These guys are amazing! I was having an issue with my insurance renewal for our San Francisco home. Long story short we needed a new roof. Habibi came over gave us a quote and got the work done in less than a week. This was the smoothest and easiest transaction possible. Permit was approved and we were reinstated with our insurance company. Thanks Roof express. .

We contracted with Roof Express to re-roof our leaking lightwell in November 2024 and became repeat customers when we contracted with them to re-roof our worn, flat main roof in March 2025. During initial inspections, Habibi clearly communicated the proposed scope of work and timeline. We appreciated his professionalism and customer-focused (i.e., informative and low-pressure) approach. During the projects, the team arrived on time every morning and completed their work on schedule. We also appreciate the assurances that their warranty covering labor and materials provides. I had a leaking roof during Christmas this year.
I gave a super 5 stars to NAV and His team who performed a very in time job with permit and with a very reasonable price!!! It is a complex job!!! They are my holidays hero to save the day!

We had a roof leak caused by solar panel installers that did a poor job on my roof after installing panels. The solar company went out of business so I was not able to have them repair the work.
Luckily I found roof express.
They were the only company that told me they did not need to remove my solar panels to have the roofing repaired. As a result of this, their estimate was much smaller than other estimates by around 50%!
They came and did the work in one day and were very efficient and did a very fine job. They provided me with a 3 year warranty.
I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and would hire them again. I hope I dont need their service again, but I would call them first if I did!

Roof Express did a good job on my roof. Nav is very patient with me. He answers all my question in detail and professionally. He also gives me many good suggestions.

We needed to replace our roof and after getting three quotes chose to work with the team at Roof Express. They were thorough in all of their work, great at communication, and receptive to feedback. I would definitely work with them again in the future if I had another roof to replace.

I needed to replace a tar & gravel roof. I rec'd several quotes and appreciated Habibi's professionalism, communication, and straight forward approach. After talking to him and researching modified bitumen, TPO, and tar & gravel, I decided to go with modified bitumen. All the mb estimates were within the same range, with the exception of tar & gravel. In addition, Habibi provided pictures of all the damaged areas with my estimate and then walked me through (via Facetime) after the job was done. He was the reason I went with Roof Express and I hope he is just as responsive should anything ever come up in the future. Thanks so much Habibi! FIVE STARS all around!!
