Following the initial unfortunate incident, the company's president Micah personally reached out and assured that he would oversee the roof replacement process. Although their bid was not the most economical, I chose this company over several others due to positive reviews highlighting exceptional service.

The day of the teardown proceeded seamlessly. The team arrived promptly in the morning and removed the old roof within approximately three hours. Later that afternoon, new materials were transported onto the roof in preparation for an early start the next day. Anticipating potential rain, the crew covered the roof with felt paper to prevent any water leakage into the home.The re-roofing was efficiently completed within two days, and the team executed an outstanding job.

They undoubtedly went above and beyond, even touching up paint on trim and fascia boards, as well as patching small areas of stucco to ensure the roof's optimal appearance. Throughout the process, I experienced excellent communication, decision-making autonomy, outstanding customer service, and superior workmanship quality.

I wanted to replace my roof and asked for a quote, The estimator visited the property and did an review and told me that i had 2 layers of roof and he would send an updated quote in next couple of hours. I was in a hurry to get the process started so i followed up the next day when the quote was not sent. They replied back with the updated quote.

I noticed that quote still mentioned 1 layer of roof removal. I asked for the correction on thursday and followed up again on monday when i didn't get a response on Friday.

i got a response but the price changed again, i was under the impression the initial updated quote was including the price of two roof layers. I expressed my displeasure at the of me having to follow up a lot and how this process has not been good so far.

But that's when i call back and had person yell at me, accusing me that i called off work hours and was expecting a response over the weekend. I never called that company or any person in that company but only have incoming calls. But the experience of person from a company yell at you because i expressed that i was having a bad experience in communication is a first me. All this before signing a contract, think of what you can expect after signing the contract. This should tell you of what kinds customer service you can expect from this company.

They are arrogant, non responsive and really difficult to work with. From my experience I would not work with this company, and advice other to do the same.

Clean roofing did an amazing job on our roof, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They were quick to come out and give an estimate, available to answer questions regarding the scope of work, timelines, and negotiating price, and just as quick to start work once we were ready to go.

Jorge was our foreman, and he was great. He checked in with us in the morning, professional, and super hardworking, as was the rest of his crew, including Pablo, Jorge Jr, and Jesus. They worked hard, stayed busy, Jorge kept us updated. The whole crew was very nice (with 3 young daughters, that was an awesome little bonus). They kept the workspace contained, were mindful of our safety, and worked around our young family clutter and bustle.

Laura was our operations manager, and she kept us updated and up to speed! Rodrigo was our superintendent, and he was very easy to communicate with. He was responsive, timely, and made sure we understood the scope of the work.

That was important because our roof needed more work than the initial work order we laid out. There was a lot of rot in the wood beneath the roof. The original estimate was very reasonable, but the scope of work great 2-3x fold. With that increase in work that had to be done, the price still felt very fair. We were in good hands!

The whole experience was very relieving. Weve had rain since they finished, no leaks at all! And theyve checked in us to make sure everything was all good regarding no leaks. Im so glad I found Clean Roofing and worked with them!

Had a great experience with Clean Roofing. We went with them because of their excellent reputation and relationship with Clean Solar.
They were on time, explained everything well, had a very fair price and cleaned everything up afterwards. On their follow up visit , they spent several hours doing touch up work, impressively paying attention to very small details.
Special thanks to the people we specifically worked with- Rodrigo (project manager) and roofers Silvano, ngel, Rodrigo and Luis. Laura, the secretary, always got back to us right away (which isnt always the case) and was extremely helpful. PJ, their first rep we talked to, was patient and very informative, and didnt give off the high sales pressure vibe at all. Overall, a great experience through and through.

Problem solvers! Luis Cuello and Rodrigo and Rolando Alva worked very hard to sort out a leak situation we had. Very professional. I would recommend them for any roofing work you have.

I have been very pleased with Clean Roofing on two occasions, both small repair jobs. Despite the fact that these weren't large projects, I was treated with courtesy, a timely appointment, and excellent follow up. I will definitely contact Clean Roofing when we decide to replace our roof.

We just completed our roof replacement project and we are thrilled with the new roof (it's beautiful), the workmanship, communication and the daily cleaning up on our property. The team, led by Rodrigo, including Elias, Mag, Rolando and Erick, are outstanding
professionals. They were punctual, hard working and respectful, not to mention, knowledgeable. We were kept abreast every step of the way of all things "roofing." They approached their work with lots of energy, professionalism and kind smiles, which made the whole experience pleasant. A big shout out to Miguel, the project manager, who kept us well informed and promptly took care of all our questions and needs. We highly recommend Clean Roofing!

I used Clean Roof to reroof my house. The finished roof looks amazing and I appreciate the team's recommendation of the color and style, which looks great.

However, there are a few issues that don't make this a 100% satisfaction:

Project Oversight: I found myself needing to be much more involved than I anticipated to ensure things were done properly. I had to follow up frequently to confirm broken rafters and framing would be replaced and painted. I also wasn't aware I needed to provide paint until the last minute, which forced me to take time off work to purchase it.

Garage Door Opener: Since midway through the project, my garage door opener has lost power. The worker lead kindly helped troubleshoot and found a few staples in the wiring, but the issue still isn't resolved. Later I have to hire an electrician for 3 hours to finally identify the problem cable that was hit by roof staples. The project manager just kept saying "The wiring is not up to the code", indicating it was not their fault that the wire was there. How surprised that they were to find a 60 years old house in bay area that's not up to the code!

Skylight Debris: Some debris fell through the skylight opening when it was removed and was never cleaned up. I had to clean up by myself later.

Rotten Wood Replacement Cost: The charge for replacing rotten wood ended up being much higher than I expected. When comparing bids, I was told it would typically be under $1,000, but this turned out to be nearly 10% of the total cost. (however they denied this is never the case)

Considering the total price is 6K more than another Master Elite installer's quote, I have higher expectation.

Glad we took our time selecting a roofing company. We could not be happier with Clean Roofing. Excellent workmanship. Quality service. Amazing price. We had a complete re-roofing done including underlayment for the spanish clay tiles for a solar project. The roof is completely sealed with a two inch installation and we have already noticed the difference with temperature in the house as the house is a lot warmer. Thank you Monica, Michah, and the crew for completing the job in a professional and a timely manner.

Terrific experience with Micah and his crew. Presentation was very clear in terms of costs and services. Micah was very involved with the project and even with a few hiccups due to the age and eccentricities of our home, they were all handled quickly and efficiently. The crew was pleasant to work with and did a terrific job from the roofing and gutters to replacing the dry rot and skylights. We highly recommend Clean Roofing.

Micah is very professional and has provided very detailed explanations, cost itemization, and contract of the project. We are very impressed with the work done by Micah and his team members.
