Westside Roofing was founded by John Rauhut in 1983, with the vision of creating a company that would provide exceptional roofing services to the Austin community. With years of experience and a passion for roofing, John Rauhut has become one of the most knowledgeable people in Austin's roofing industry. Over the years, we've grown into a large-scale custom roofing company, capable of handling any custom house or commercial project. Positive Experiences
One customer, Ivan Allen, had a fantastic experience with Westside Roofing. He praised the company's professionalism, cleanliness, and coordination during the installation of his new metal roof. He was impressed by the workers' attention to detail and their willingness to ask questions to ensure the job was done correctly. The final result exceeded his expectations, and he received many compliments on the new roof.
Negative Experiences
On the other hand, two customers, D. H. and Michael L., had disappointing experiences with Westside Roofing. D. H. reported that their newly installed roof started leaking after a few years, and upon inspection, the source of the leak was found. They suspected that Westside Roofing might have subcontracted the work to another company, which could have contributed to the poor quality of the job.
Michael L. had an even worse experience, stating that his new home's roof leaked from the beginning, and the company's support staff was unresponsive to his warranty claims. He reported that it took over a week to get a response to his initial call, and later, when the roof started leaking again, he received no response to his repeated calls.
