Peter Rogers and Freddy Harris were also impressed with the company's professionalism and quality of work. Bobette Brooks was grateful for the timely and effective repair of her leaky roof, and Idella Romano has used the company multiple times and received great service.
However, there were some negative experiences as well. Jazzy Girl had a poor experience with the company, reporting that a repair they did leaked immediately and the company refused to fix it again.
