Services
Metal Roof Installation
Our metal roof installations combine durability with energy efficiency. We use premium materials that withstand Utah's extreme weather while reducing cooling costs through solar heat reflection. Professional installations include standing seam, corrugated, and shingle-style metal options with manufacturer-backed warranties. Each project receives customized underlayment selection based on local climate conditions.
Tar and Gravel Roofing
Specializing in built-up roofing systems for flat and low-slope structures. Our multi-layer bitumen applications with gravel protection provide superior waterproofing against Utah's seasonal precipitation. Services include new installations, membrane replacements, and gravel replenishment to extend roof lifespan while maintaining fire resistance and UV protection.
Roof Repair
24/7 roof repair services address storm damage, leaks, and structural issues. Our rapid response team handles asphalt shingle replacements, flashing repairs, and emergency leak containment. Infrared leak detection technology identifies hidden moisture while maintaining ventilation integrity during all repair operations.
Swamp Cooler Removal
Professional swamp cooler removal with complete roof restoration. Our process includes safe electrical disconnection, plywood replacement, and seamless shingle matching to eliminate roof penetrations. Final waterproofing ensures long-term protection while improving home aesthetics through clean roofline restoration.
Wood Shake Roof Repair
Preserving the natural beauty of wood shake roofs through targeted repairs and maintenance. We replace damaged shakes, apply protective treatments, and address moisture issues while maintaining the roof's original character. Regular maintenance services extend lifespan through linseed oil treatments and Thompson's water seal applications.
