Evaluate Changes & Quotations: Reviewing and investigating unexpected field conditions encountered during construction; providing and/or reviewing proposed solutions and cost estimates set forth by contractors or other design professionals.

Construction Field Observations: Providing on-site roof inspection services, providing quality assurance regarding the extent of work and installation of products per plans and specifications.

Problem Analysis: Conducting on-site visits and background research to determine sources of roofing-related problems, their causes, and options available for resolution.

Roof Inspections: Performing on-site field inspections of existing and newly installed roofing systems, analyzing systems, solving anticipated problems, repairing vs. replacing analysis, and providing comprehensive written reports for clients.

Moisture Control: Working with building owners to provide solutions for moisture-related issues, including inspection services, surveys, and recommendations for repair or replacement.
