Business Details
Our family legacy began in 1974, when Donald Koenke Sr. built one of Fort Lauderdale's most trusted roofing names. Today, his grandson Steven Koenke Jr. carries that standard forward with three generations of Florida roofing expertise. Steven earned his path to ownership by honing his skills at UCF and advancing through the ranks of a major national roofing company. In 2019, he returned to his family's roots to relaunch our business in Stuart with his grandfather's blessing. Alongside Steven, Tara Downing leads our sales and operations to ensure every project is managed with precision. We specialize in both commercial and residential roofing, offering a complete line of systems including shingle, metal, tile, modified, coatings, re-roofs, and restoration projects.
